Being mindful is when you learn to be present in the things you do daily and with the people in your life. You cannot change what has occurred in the past, nor can you live in the future, since it has not occurred yet. The only time that is happening right now is the present. So, although you can learn from the past and plan for the future you cannot live in either. 

Many people who suffer from anxiety are either reliving a difficult time they had in the past or on an endless loop of worry about the future. Some cannot seem to find a way to let go of a situation that occurred in their past. Through different modalities, you can learn to let go of the past and learn how to be mindful and live in the present moment where the event no longer resides. 

Others can find themselves suffering from anxiety about events that have yet to occur. Although it is a good thing to have a plan for the future, worrying about unforeseen things will not help with those plans. It can cause a great deal of stress, which is definitely not a healthy way to live.

Mindful people learn to love each moment they are in. They are able to learn from each of these moments. Every moment may not be good, but there is an opportunity to learn from these moments and move on.

Introduction to Meditation

Reduce your stress and anxiety by increasing your relaxation response so you respond to situations instead of react. 

Meditation is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal growth.

In these group sessions, we will introduce you to the different types of meditation we have available so you can try each one to determine which one resonates best with your individual style.

Style of meditation will be a rotating 5-month cycle that includes Basics of mindfulness and meditation (month 1), Breath focus (month 2), Loving kindness (month 3),  Guided meditation (month 4), and (month 5) Meeting your higher self and asking it for guidance.

Option 1 will include an in-person meeting one hour per week for four weeks at The Patton Homestead (limited to 8 people). 

Option 2: will be a zoom meeting held once per week for four weeks.

Each Option is $200.00 per month.

If you cannot make a session the Zoom recording will be available the next day.

I’m ready for my Intro to Meditation

Guided meditation is used to elicit the relaxation response and to help you visualize a scene of your choosing. This scene will be of positive intentions to help you manifest your dreams and goals.

By picturing yourself being successful you will begin to have the confidence to pursue your dreams.

By picturing yourself in controlled situations you can overcome anxiety before a big presentation, exam, etc.

By picturing your healing, your postoperative phase following surgery will be easier.

Your visualizations can include seeing yourself getting the job you desire, acing that test you were having anxiety about, creating and seeing the life you desire with love, abundance, and gratitude.

This session is all about creating what you desire and believing you are worthy to receive it.

The Guided Meditation Workshop will be approximately 45 minutes and will include 15 minutes to discuss visualizations along with any questions you have and 30 minutes for meditation and visualization exercise.

Can be conducted in person at Patton Homestead or by zoom.

Visualize Your Best Essential Self (for Teens)

Teens 12-18 will learn about what each of the following mean and their benefits in the teen’s everyday life: mindfulness, meditation, gratefulness, and empathy.

Weekly Topics to include: 
Week 1: Mindfulness: it’s meaning and how to incorporate it into daily living
Week 2: Meditation: how to begin a meditative practice, the benefits of meditating daily, different styles of meditation
Week 3: Gratefulness: Journaling daily on what we are grateful for in our lives. How this impacts our lives.
Week 4: Empathy: How being empathetic to those around us impacts our own lives. Related subject is bullying and how teens can curb this behavior in themselves and others.

Visualize Your Best Energetic Self


During your in-person Reiki session I will either hover above your body with my hands or lightly touch you in order to guide your energy through any blockages you may have.

You will have the added benefit of the infusion of vibrational crystalline healing guided by my intuitive wisdom.

You will be fully clothed (you should wear comfortable loose fitting clothes).

The session usually takes place on a massage table. There will be music playing along with essential oils being used in a diffuser.

If you have an issue with any of these elements, please inform me prior to your session.

Distance Reiki

During Distance Reiki be sure to have a quiet comfortable area where you would like to receive the energy.  I will then connect to you energetically with clear intention. 

Distance Reiki works according to the Hermetic Law of similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and a part of a larger whole. As such, invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows me to link your healing to your energy field. 

$125/45-minute session

Whichever session you choose, be assured great intention is attached to each session.

Akashic Reading

Are you looking for future guidance to specific questions you have or do you need healing from a past energetic wound?

An Akashic Reading consists of a 5-minute grounding exercise to open you up to the records and a pathway prayer to enter into your records. We will then spend about 35 minutes in your own personal Akashic Records to ask your questions.

Here you will be given guidance from the Lords of the Records. The records like very specific questions rather than vague ones.

We can ask about past lives and their influence on this lifetime, career guidance, relationship guidance, the trajectory of your life.

With in-person sessions you are allowed to record the session with your phone’s recording device. You should download the voice recording app prior to session if you would like to record session. If your session is via Zoom a recording will be provided to you.
